FounderSince 2018, Bradyn has been helping clients across the CSRA achieve their fitness goals through results-driven training. With expertise spanning healthy aging to competitive bodybuilding, Bradyn tailors each program to the unique needs of every client, ensuring progress, longevity, and peak performance.
Holding dual degrees in Kinesiology and Chemistry, Bradyn combines a deep understanding of human movement and science-backed training principles to deliver highly effective programs. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist, Bradyn is dedicated to optimizing strength, mobility, and overall well-being for clients at every stage of their fitness journey.

Bryson Burke is a certified personal trainer with over a year of experience helping clients build strength, muscle, and athletic performance. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, Bryson understands the demands of training at an elite level. His expertise lies in hypertrophy and strength training, with additional experience in sport-specific programming tailored to individual athletic needs.
He holds a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and earned a Master’s in Kinesiology in 2024, where he contributed to research in exercise science. With a passion for evidence-based training, Bryson is committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized, results-driven programs.
